Carlingford Lough Heritage Trust would not be able to do what it does without the skills, time, effort and enthusiasm of its volunteers. Our volunteers help us out across a whole range of areas of knowledge and expertise, such as heritage, marketing, finance, administration, IT, governance, event management and tour guiding, to mention just a few. We would like to thank you all.

” My interest in guiding started many years ago as result of traveling the length and breath of our unique, ancient and scenic country. Last year I was fortunate to be accepted by the Heritage Trust on to their team of guides and I love it. Tourists and locals are astonished by the rich heritage of our area and I especially love listening to locals as they happily recall their youthful adventures in the castle and how they enjoy sharing this with their children ..well most of it! “
